• Item Availability: We strive to keep Sophie’s Closet well-stocked with piles of pretty things. So we promise that every item at Sophie's Closet is in stock unless noted ‘out of stock’. We want you to create your own unique and sparkly look- so if the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please e-mail us at orders@sophiescloset.com to request an email notification when the item is available again for sale.
• Payment Methods: Sophie's Closet accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Visa Debit.
• Tracking Your Order: Sophie will send you an email order confirmation- as soon as your order is received. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number by email, once your order has been shipped.
• Currency: All prices are in US Dollars and AED UAE Dirhams.

RETRUNS & EXCHANGES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees and are unable to offer our customers free cancellation. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Returns & Exchanges policy above. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
• Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
